Grand Oaks has clinched the 2025–26 UIL District 13-6A championship at 14–1 and carries a 12-game winning streak into the final week of district play. With first place secured, the focus now shifts to playoff seeding and the remaining postseason spots.

Conroe and Oak Ridge are tied at 9–6 entering the final district game. Conroe travels to Cleveland, while Oak Ridge faces The Woodlands in what shapes up as the game of the night on Feb. 18. Oak Ridge previously fell to The Woodlands earlier this season and must win to strengthen its postseason chances. If Conroe and Oak Ridge finish with identical records, a playoff game would be scheduled Friday to determine final placement.
The Woodlands and College Park are tied for second at 11–4 and are battling for the No. 2 seed, which carries postseason state tournament seeding implications.
With one game remaining in the 16-game district schedule, the top four postseason spots will be finalized this week. For teams that will not advance, the final district game also marks a chance to recognize seniors taking the court at home for the last time in their high school careers.
