Class Act Productions to Host ‘A Night to Shine: Masquerade’

The annual gala will celebrate 31 years of theater education and performances in The Woodlands area.
THE WOODLANDS, Texas — Class Act Productions will host its annual “A Night to Shine: Masquerade” fundraising gala Saturday, Aug. 15, at The Woodlands Country Club–Palmer Course.
The event will celebrate 31 years of Class Act Productions providing theater education and performance opportunities in The Woodlands and surrounding communities. Proceeds will support student programming, community theater productions and improvements to the organization’s studio and rehearsal spaces.

The gala will run from 6:30 to 11 p.m. at 100 Grand Fairway in The Woodlands. The evening will include dinner, dancing, performances by Class Act performers and masquerade-themed activities.
Guests may attend in black-tie optional attire, and masquerade masks are encouraged.
Class Act Productions operates the School of Musical Theater and produces nonprofit community main stage productions. The organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Founded in 1996, Class Act Productions provides performing arts instruction, workshops and production experience for young performers throughout The Woodlands area.

Class Act Productions is a nonprofit theater organization founded in 1996. Through its School of Musical Theater, workshops and stage productions, the organization gives young performers opportunities to study acting, singing and dance while gaining experience in rehearsals and live performances.
The organization also produces community main stage shows that bring students, families, volunteers and local audiences together. Its programs provide young performers with a place to develop their abilities, work as part of a production team and participate in theater close to home.

Funds raised will benefit the School of Musical Theater, nonprofit community main stage productions and capital improvements to Class Act’s studio and rehearsal spaces.
