SHENANDOAH, Texas — The Woodlands College Park High School crowned Spencer Howell and Emma Brown its 2026–27 homecoming king and queen during halftime of Friday’s football game against C.E. King on Sept. 11 at Woodforest Bank Stadium.

The College Park Student Council hosted the ceremony. Escorted by parents, members of the homecoming court walked between flags presented by the College Park Color Guard, with the Reveliers lining the procession. Each student was introduced, and their future plans were announced to the crowd.

Howell plays bass clarinet in the College Park marching band, participates in theater and is a member of the Academy of Science. Brown is captain of the College Park Color Guard.

After the crowning, Principal Robert MacFarlane congratulated Howell and Brown and joined them and their families for commemorative photos. The king and queen also posed in front of the student section and marching band.

The homecoming dance is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12.
