Volunteers Needed for The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival

The Woodlands Arts Council is calling for community volunteers to help with the upcoming 19th annual Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival from April 12 to 14, 2024.

The festival, a major event in The Woodlands, has contributed over $1.5 million to arts education and experiences in Montgomery County since its inception. Volunteers are crucial for the festival's success, assisting in various roles such as greeting attendees, scanning tickets, selling beverages, and supporting artists.

"By volunteering, you are making ART matter. You are truly the backbone of the Festival." - The Woodlands Arts Council

In appreciation of their efforts, volunteers receive a commemorative t-shirt and admission to the festival. Those who sign up for two or more shifts will receive an additional ticket to bring a friend or family member. Training sessions for volunteers will be held on April 6 and April 9, 2024. To sign up and make a difference in the community, visit The Woodlands Arts Council website.

This is an opportunity for residents to make a difference in their community by supporting the arts and ensuring the success of this cherished local event.
